Unless otherwise noted on the products page we offer a 30 day money-back guarantee on items purchased from this site. You have 30 days from receipt of your order to contact us and begin the return process. According to the policy outlined here on this page we will provide either a replacement item or a full refund.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged item, shipping the wrong item, etc. In cases where the return is because of an error we made we will refund the shipping charges or pay return shipping costs and the cost of mailing the replacement item.

Returning an Item is Easy

To return an item simply Contact Us to request an Order Return Number. We will either email you a copy of the invoice or provide you with an Order Return Number that may be included with your return. After receiving your returned item in its original condition we will ship a replacement. If a replacement is not available we will issue a refund (normally within seven days). When your refund is issued or your replacement item is shipped we will send you an email notification.

PLEASE NOTE: You must contact us before you return an item or this policy will be considered null and void. Returns received without the required order return number may be refused at our sole discretion. To avoid any problems with your return please be sure to contact us before returning your order.

At our sole discretion returns received without an Order Return Number will be subject to a processing fee of $15, and a shipping fee equal to the amount it will cost to ship your item to you.
